Shipping policy

Order Processing Times

Orders placed by 3:00 PM are processed on the same day, Monday through Friday. Orders received after this time will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Times

Shipments are dispatched Monday through Friday. Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method selected:

Standard Shipping: estimated delivery within 3–5 business days.
Express Shipping: estimated delivery within 1–2 business days.

Shipping Costs

Standard Shipping: €7.00 for orders under €79.
Express Shipping: €12.00 for orders under €79.
Orders over €79: Free Standard Shipping or €6.00 for Express Shipping.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing the tracking number, allowing you to monitor your delivery in real time.

We currently ship exclusively within Italy. For special requests, please contact us before placing your order.
