Returns & Refund Policy

Our returns policy provides that you have 14 days from receipt of your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it, must not have been used, and must include all original components and packaging. You must also provide the receipt or other proof of purchase.

Items sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

We encourage you to inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the product is defective, damaged or incorrect. This will allow us to assess the issue and provide an appropriate solution.

Non-Returnable Items

Unless otherwise indicated, we do not accept returns of personalized or custom-made items, gift cards, or other items that are non-returnable by law or by their nature. If you have any questions regarding a specific item, please contact us before proceeding.

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive the product you want is to return the item received and, once the return has been approved, place a separate new order.

EU Right of Withdrawal

If the goods are shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without providing any reason. In this case, too, the item must be in the same condition in which it was received, must not have been used, and must include the original packaging and proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be automatically issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at info@belpaesegin.it.
